The power stick is an excellent prop for aqua fitness exercises, swimming lessons, therapy and fun. The 75-cm-long pool noodle is made of high-quality PE foam and features a flexible handle on either end. Offering both buoyancy and flexible resistance, the power stick is unique and versatile. It’s a great all-rounder that can be used as a kickboard, pull buoy, dumbbell, Nordic walking stick or simply as a pool noodle. It’s suitable for use in both shallow and deep water, and allows beginners and advanced users of all ages to perform a wide range of different exercises for improving their coordination, flexibility, strength, fitness level and balance. Some power stick exercises:
Nordic walking – requires 2 power sticks
Put one loop around your wrist, the other around your ankle, then start to walk, moving your arms and legs in the opposite directions.

Boxing – requires 1 power stick
Put the power stick behind your back and your hands in the loops. Punch forwards, alternating between the left and right arm.

Bat – requires 1 or 2 power sticks
Start the exercise with your legs closed. Put one leg and one hand in each loop, and keep your arms at the sides, at shoulder height. Now open your legs and cross your arms in front of the body.
