Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.

We offer two convenient options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch

Why don’t you ship to Asia?
Due to complex import regulations and logistical challenges in many Asian countries, we’ve made the difficult decision to exclude this region from our shipping network at this time.
Returns & Exchanges

You may return items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
