- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (address and carrier information)
- Special instructions if returning large aquatic equipment
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items in the original packaging whenever possible. For pool equipment or large items like aqua therapy products, we recommend using the original shipping materials.
Important: Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hygiene-sensitive products: Baby swimming items (nose clips, ear plugs), mouthpieces for aqua therapy equipment
- Customized equipment: Personalized pool mats or specially ordered aqua training accessories
- Opened packaging: Life saving equipment where seals have been broken

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees (DHL/FedEx/EMS) are non-refundable
- Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
