Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders of swim training gear or pool equipment

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Ideal for non-urgent orders of aqua fitness products or bulk items

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic equipment purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24 business hours, we’ll email you:

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items in the original packaging whenever possible. For pool equipment or large items like aqua therapy products, we recommend using the original shipping materials.

Important: Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Credited to your original payment method
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized equipment: Personalized pool mats or specially ordered aqua training accessories
  • Opened packaging: Life saving equipment where seals have been broken

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
